We were fortunate to be involved with the successful development of Archerfield Grange, a prestigious residential project comprising seven new plots in Packington. Our engineering expertise was essential in overcoming the site's unique challenges and delivering a robust and sustainable development.

The project demanded a comprehensive approach to engineering, encompassing a wide range of disciplines. Our team was responsible for the design of the entire infrastructure, including the intricate storm and foul drainage systems. To ensure environmental sustainability and minimize the impact on the local environment, we meticulously adhered to Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) principles.

Recognising the presence of trees in the vicinity, our engineers conducted thorough ground investigations to assess potential risks and develop suitable foundation designs. This meticulous approach ensured the stability and longevity of the new homes while preserving the natural environment.

Furthermore, our scope of work extended to the design of the superstructure, encompassing the structural framework that would support the buildings. By combining our deep understanding of structural engineering with the specific requirements of the project, we created a design that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
