A modern renovation of a well established British gastro pub located in the village of Swithland, located within Leicestershire. The pub is well established amongst the local community and offers a number of different dining rooms with a variety of themes.

We worked closely with the architect, steelwork supplier, contractor and client to progress the project proactively, commencing the works after an initial site appraisal which identified different construction methods and materials which had been used.

The Griffin Inn, a building steeped in history, presented a unique set of structural challenges.
